NEUROPATHOLOGY CONSULTANTS:

William E. Ballinger, Jr., M.D.
    Dr. Ballinger is a graduate of the University of Florida Medical School 
    and completed his residency training at the University of Florida 
    affiliated hospitals. He served as Professor of Pathology, chief of the
    division of neuropathology and medical director of the neuropathology 
    laboratory at the University of Florida Medical School. Dr. Ballinger 
    joined Carolinas Pathology Group and Celligent Diagnostics in 1991, 
    and serves as Medical Director of Surgical Pathology for Carolinas 
    Laboratory Network. 

James D. Dollar, M.D.
    Dr. Dollar is a graduate of the University of Missouri in Columbia. His 
    internship and residency training were in Anatomic and clinical pathology 
    at the University of Florida in Gainesville. Dr. Dollar received additional 
      training in neuropathology at the University of Iowa. He joined Carolinas 
      Pathology Group and Celligent Diagnostics in 2000. Dr. Dollar provides 
      diagnostic subspecialty surgical neuropathology services including evaluation 
      of brain and spinal cord biopsies, muscle and nerve and autopsy neuropathology.
