Dr. Chang is a graduate of Kaohsiung Medical University. He has recently served as a pathologist of Charleston’s Area Medical Center, while serving as the Chief for CAMC’s department of pathology for 13 years. Dr. Chang is board certified in anatomic pathology, clinical pathology, and cytopathology. He is a member of the American Society for Clinical Pathologists, the College of American Pathologists, the United States and Canadian Academy of Pathology, the Ultrastructural Pathology Society, the Renal Pathology Society, and the West Virginia Association of Pathologists. His areas of special interest are surgical pathology, cytopathology, renal pathology and electron microscopy (Ultra structural Pathology).
