As Billing Supervisor, Ms. Eads is responsible for accurate and prompt coding, billing and payment processes. She began her career in this field in 1995 with Victoria Orthopedics Surgery Associates and has over 14 years experience in the medical billing field. She currently supervises a staff of 12 who are responsible for all the Medical Coding, Charge Entry, Physician Credentialing, and Payment Posting for Diligent Billing & Management. Ms. Eads attended Mountain Empire Community College and received a Certificate of Business from Chenier Business School. Although she’s a native of Virginia she spent 20 years living in Texas Gulf Coast before moving to the Charlotte area.
