Annette Porter joined Diligent Billing and Management in December 2009. As Billing Manager, Ms. Porter is responsible for the day-to-day management of the billing operations for Carolinas Pathology Group and Celligent Diagnostics. Ms. Porter has over 16 years of medical billing and revenue cycle management experience. She has held positions such as Senior Accounts Receivable Manager, Client Services Manager, and Practice Manager. Ms. Porter received her Bachelor of Science degree in Health Services Administration from Herbert H. Lehman College in New York City. She is currently pursuing a dual Master’s degree in Business Administration and Health Administration at Pfeiffer University in Charlotte, NC. Ms. Porter is also a Certified Professional Coder and a member of the American Academy of Professional Coders.
