Ms. Harden is a Charlotte native and has been employed with Diligent Billing and Management since 2003. She has worked in Medical Billing for over 20 years and prior to joining Diligent was employed as the Billing Manager with Southeast Anesthesiology Consultants for 14 years. Ms. Harden is responsible for all electronic processes in the Billing Department. She works directly with providers to receive electronic data and process claims electronically. In addition, she oversees computer and network systems and works directly with software vendors. She is a Nextgen Software Certified Professional and is also a Certified Notary.
