- Celligent Diagnostics takes care to see that refunds due to patients and/or their insurance carriers are processed in a timely manner. 

- Our policy is to process refunds weekly in order to guarantee prompt return of overpaid funds. 

- All refunds paid by Celligent Diagnostics will be on a paper check and mailed to the recipient. We regret we are unable to make refunds to a debit or credit card. 

- Refunds are processed after payments have been received from all responsible parties. 

- Overpayments to self-paid private policies will be sent to the patient.
